Levi’s Southern Smoked Jerky is where we started, having named the business after my daughter Levi. The passion was deep inside me for many years and came out exactly at the right time.
We are now serving mouth-watering beef jerky, as well as other products, at Levi’s Outpost.
Everyone who tries our beef jerky says it’s the best they’ve had. I’ve had years of experience to perfect our flavors and smoking style. I actually started off making barbecue and was just doing jerky as a side hustle while working at a barbecue restaurant. Once COVID came around, the restaurant closed down & I took the jerky & made it into a full-time job, which really blew up.
Everything is done old school…we smoke with oak!!!
